Umrah Package – Yatra Guru Travels Dubai

1. Package Inclusions:
   • Saudi Arabia Multiple Entry Visa.
   • Insurance.
   • Luxury bus transportation with free Wi-Fi (DXB).
   • Border fees.
   • Accommodation in Makkah (6 nights) and Madina (2 nights).
   • Makkah and Madina Ziarat (sightseeing).
   • Guide assistance throughout the trip.
   • Hotels:
     • Makkah: Kiswa Tower or similar with shuttle service.
     • Madina: Rose Diamond 01 or similar (600-800 meters from Haram).
   • Ehram Kit.
2. Prices:
   • Sharing: AED 1050
   • 3-Bed: AED 1250
   • 2-Bed: AED 1500
     Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and exchange rates.
3. Payment Policy:
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
   • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellation requests must be in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed per cancellation rules, subject to charges.
5. Travel Documents:
   • Passports must be valid for at least six months.
   • Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information for visa processing. Visa rejection will not be Yatra Guru Travels' responsibility.
6. Accommodation:
   • Hotels are subject to availability; similar alternatives will be provided if necessary.
7. Transportation:
   • Transport schedules and routes are fixed and cannot be modified.
8. Itinerary Changes:
   • The itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or government regulations.
9. Health and Safety:
   • Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.
   • Yatra Guru Travels is not liable for injuries, health issues, or accidents during the trip.
10. General Guidelines:

• All travelers must adhere to the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
• Misconduct or non-compliance may result in removal from the tour without refund.
